What to Expect...

An initial consultation can last from an hour to an hour and a half.  A detailed case history is taken and a physical examination if necessary.   A bespoke Herbal medicine will be prescribed that considers you as a whole person; not just  your specific symptoms.   Follow up appointments last for 30 minutes. 

What will my Herbal Prescription Consist of?

Tinctures - Concentrated herbal extracts made with alcohol or glycerine.

 

Tea or Tisane - Dried whole plant parts such as flowers, leaves and roots.

 

Powder - Dried then ground herbs that can come in capsules or be mixed into water.

 

Creams, Ointments, Liniments, Salves - For external use and can be applied directly to the skin.

 

Essential Oils - Concentrated  plant compounds that can be applied topically or used in aromatherapy.

 

Bach Flower Remedies - Energetic essences that enhance emotional wellness.
